SCOPE

SCOPE (Spare Care Operation Performance Enhancer) is an application which can act as a communication tool between Spare Care & Dealer workshop users for controlling the PPNI (Parts Procured not Issued).

Dealer CEOs and other key decision makers are usually busy with vehicle sales & other activities. An application like SCOPE is required to update them with quantified business benefits derived by Spare Care and thus leading to greater transparency in the spare parts segment of their business.

SCOPE will have an in-application approval mechanism which would let the GM and Spare Care approve orders specifically for non-stockable parts. These parts can be ordered in two ways:

• Vehicle Orders

• Stock Orders

Both of these orders would be monitored thus avoiding accumulation of unwanted stock.
